How I help people
I draw from a combination of strategies that consider people's lives and experiences within the context of their relationships. I have training in working with emotions, attachment and within an experiential framework. This means that in sessions with me, I will encourage you to experience emotion and assist you in heightening emotion for the purpose of helping you transform negative internal patterns.
I believe that everyone is capable of making desired changes in their life and that creating fantastic, meaningful relationships can bring a great sense of accomplishment and joy. I can absolutely help you identify what changes need to be made in order for you to achieve your goals.
