I work directly with emotions - assisting you in experiencing emotions, making meaning of them and identifying reactive patterns so that you can have more freedom to act with intention. To do this, I use a theory called Emotion Focused Therapy for Individuals - created by Les Greenberg. This way of working includes listening to the body's sensations, as well as, emotions. With emotions present in the room, I will support you in being with them and working through them.
I specialize in working with: men who are frustrated by the lack of relational connectivity in their lives, highly sensitive/shy individuals, and folks who have high levels of anxiety or worry.
