I’m a certified EFT couples therapist AND supervisor. I have expert training and over a decade of experience helping people just like you with their relationships. I will help you identify how your behaviors and reactions have become stuck and recursive - creating grid lock and dissatisfaction in your relationship.

I have expert training in Sex Therapy. I will help you identify what’s getting in the way of experiencing pleasure in your sexual relationship (s).

I love helping licensed and pre-licensed therapists enhance their proficiency, troubleshoot challenging cases, and ensure the delivery of effective, evidence-based care to individuals and couples. My style of supervision is collaborative, clear and compassionate.

  • I supervise licensure-seeking candidates interested in Internal Family Systems and/or Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples. I provide a structured, supportive framework for your professional development.

  • I provide clinical consultation services for licensed therapists utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Consultations will help you deepen your understanding of EFT principles and support you in pursuing certification.

  • Small group consultation with Certified EFT Supervisor. These groups require that you have completed Externship and are recording your couple sessions.
